
“Each one of our 22 players improved throughout the season,” Girls Tennis Coach Lucas Toutge said. “Overall, the team impressed me with their dedication both to improving at a difficult sport like tennis.”
“We made so much improvement and progress,” Ella Nekora Anderson (9) said. “There were many new players and we all warmed up to eachother very quickly.”

“Our offense really improved this season,” said Strikers coach Chloe Bluth. “Our team can work on begin more aggressive on the court.”

“Getting to play is really fun,” Strikers captain Shylah Wilson (11) said. “My favorite memory was getting to play at senior night!”
“This was one of the best seasons in our school history,” Soccer player Rafael Molina (9) said. “B team went undefeated the whole season.”
“This year’s season to me was a success,” Boys Soccer Captain Justin Cajamarca (12) said. “I think that as a captain it’s amazing to see a team that is committed to not only their sport, but to each other as well.”

“I think the games could’ve been better, but I did feel like we improved as a team,” said CHHS Football Captain Donald Robbins (12). “I feel like the program has a good future in the coming years and I would like to see where it goes.”
“The team under Coach Birr and the new coaching staff was very modern, alongside with new plays, and new culture being built in within the team,” team captain Nour Hussein (12).

“Running takes a lot of dedication and mentality, you have to work hard to get where you want to be,” Cross Country Captain Adrian Neri (12) said. “I was very happy with the results of the whole team, all of us got a personal record!”
“The season was a really good success and we got many new faces which was awesome to see,” Cross Country runner Oliver Carter (11) said. “Coach Johnson did a great job coaching us and giving us hard work to do, he was great at supporting all of us.”

“The volleyball season had a lot of ups and downs,” Girls Volleyball Captain Ava Sinchi (11) said. “We had some good things, like our 8th grade outside hitter, our two setters, who’ve never played setting before, dominating the court, and our team sweep at St. Apollo. However, there’s still a lot of room for improvement.”
“Next year, as a right-side hitter, I’m focused on coming back stronger, hitting harder, and being an even better player for my team,” Aaliyah Hatfield (10) said.

“I personally really liked this season,” said CHHS swimmer Liliam Taly Palma (11). “It was a lot of fun and I can tell everyone else felt the same way.”
“Meets are always fun and I always try to cheer the loudest,” Junia James (12) said. “I really enjoyed the coaches and the time commitment isn’t as bad as other sports so I would highly recommend swim.”

“It just feels like home whenever I’m with my team,” Soccer player Kimberly Escobar (11) said. “We were just like family. It is really sad to say goodbye to the seniors on our team, but we knew they would do amazing.”
“There were a lot of new faces which was a lot of new faces and I loved making them all feel welcomed! Iris Bergan (12) said. “The coaches, teammates, and managers were a big support throughout the season even when it got tough.”
