Easy-peasy wraps provide personalized touch to your meal
Wraps are a type of quick-and-easy main course that can really have anything in them. Completely customizable to your tastes, I highly recommend making your own wraps and trying to experiment with different ingredients (or additional ingredients) to make it your own. This wrap is a vegetarian-friendly and very hearty meal. It’s quite uncomplicated to prepare and is filling.
Ingredients:

- 10 baby carrots
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 green bell pepper
- ¼ of an onion
- ½ squeezed lemon

Instructions:
- Lay out your ingredients.

One of the simple pleasures of cooking is being able to remix recipes to your own tastes, so adding in meats or more spices could expand your pallette or those you may be cooking or packing lunches for — whatever it is that makes it best to you or your loved ones makes it simple and perfect.
