Join Heights Herald Lead Photographer and A&E Editor Safiya Hajihussein and Taste Editor Ritaj Younus as they converse about a very common phenomenon: overthinking! The causes and effects of overthinking are discussed as well as learning to see it in a new positive light rather than as a negative byproduct of stress. Joining us will be Columbia Heights High School students Jayla Sandberg (12) and Frederick Darryl Suwisanto (11) who both agree they and many people they know suffer from overthinking from time to time. Take a listen and you’ll be sure to learn a new perspective on one of the most common and overlooked aspects of life!
