Mr. Don Kitzmann
Courses Taught: Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry
¨I’ve worked at CHHS since 1997, so this is my 24th year. Teaching is a challenging but rewarding job. My advice is similar to what I tell my students: Make progress every day. If you get stuck, ask for help. You can rely on the learning community here. Your fellow teachers and office staff can be a great resource for questions you have. You can also ask students what helps them the most in your class. There will be days when what you plan does not go as well as you had hoped. Try not to get discouraged. Someday, if you have been teaching long enough, a student you had will stop by school or send you a message to tell you that you made a difference in their life.
