¨I think each year brings new experiences to get comfortable with and it takes time to find your rhythm/groove. In regard to my teaching, I was probably here about five years before I really started to get a real feel as to what the district was about, what my role was in it — how I fit into the puzzle and how it specifically went. Then there were new experiences to get used to again and changed again.¨
