Mr. Lucas Toutge

Mr. Lucas Toutge is a new English teacher this year at CHHS. He went to Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He was inspired to teach English not because he loves reading or writing, but because he recognized how important the language is for exchanging ideas between people!
