Mr. Garbe

Mr. Ryan Garbe is a social studies teacher that highly encourages honesty in his classroom, keeping open communication with his students at all times. Google Forms for feedback on his classes and teaching have been one of his best friends during online learning. Garbe tries his best to understand students and remain compassionate, acknowledging how sitting in front of a Chromebook all day can be quite boring. Garbe enjoys telling jokes, usually with very mixed outcomes, but he has fun with them regardless of whether they end in amusement, humiliation or both. He relies on his students’ feedback to properly adapt his teaching to work with their online school situation, and he recommends all students to give feedback across the board and tell their teachers if something really is not working.
