“We are disappointed in the decision to suspend the season, but it is the best for everyone.  This situation is a very dangerous one and may save lives by delaying the season. We are meeting virtually with the players (optional for them) three days a week beginning tonight. We plan to give them things to do at home and have a chance [for them] to talk to us about their feelings and how distance academics are working for them.
